- Data Collection & Purpose To retrieve and render your digital boarding pass and barcode on your Garmin device, this application processes your Booking Reference / Record Locator (PNR) and Last Name. This information is used strictly to authenticate with the airline's passenger service system and fetch your active flight itinerary.
Data Storage & Retention
Local Device Storage:
Your Record Locator and Last Name are stored securely on your paired mobile device and synced to your Garmin device solely for the duration of your travel or until you clear your boarding pass.
No Permanent Server Retention:
We do not sell, track, or permanently retain your Record Locator, Last Name, or personal travel details on our external servers. Any temporary transmission of your data over server infrastructure occurs solely to fetch boarding details from official airline APIs.
Data Security
All travel identifiers transferred between your mobile phone, the Garmin wearable device, and airline servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
Third-Party Services
By using this feature, you acknowledge that your Record Locator and Last Name will be submitted directly or via API to the respective airline or ticketing provider to retrieve your boarding pass details and generating the barcode.
User Control & Deletion
You can remove your stored booking details at any time by clearing the active flight or resetting application data within the app settings. Once cleared, all local cached identifiers and barcode data are immediately deleted.
